While this is the very best best business data available anywhere, it's still not perfect. You will still find a small percentage of errors and recent closed businesses. It is not uncommon to have 3% to 7% undeliverable names, especially in industries with high levels of turnover. Even so, we guarantee your list to be 95% deliverable.
If you get more than 5% undeliverable records, we will buy back from you every record that exceeds the 5% marker for $0.30 each, or you can choose to receive 5 replacement records for each undeliverable record in excess of the 5% guarantee. This guarantee applies to the first 30 days from the time you place your order. Because of the rapid rate of change within the file each month, we cannot guarantee the deliverability of your list past this point. If you do not plan to mail for some time, we recommend that you buy your list closer to your mail date whenever possible. This way you have the protection of our guarantee as well as the most current data available for your mailing.
